2. Download, completely fill-up, and print the following forms:

3. Submit the basic requirements:
• For Filipino individuals: Two (2) valid government ID’s with photo and signature (Passport, Voter’s ID, GSIS ID, SSS ID, Driver license, Senior Citizen ID)
• For Foreign Clients: Two (2) valid ID’s with photo and signature (photocopy of one government-issued ID, photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration, any documents duly authenticated by the country’s respective embassy or consular)
• For Corporate Accounts:
• Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws signed “Certified True Copy” by the authorized signatory of the Corporation.
• Notarized Board Resolution/ Secretary’s certificate authorizing the Corporation to purchase and sells shares of stocks with the Optimum Securities Corporation and the designated signatories.
• Specimen signature card of each signatory
• Photocopy of two (2) valid ID’s of the authorized signatory
• Latest annual report/Audited Financial Statement
4. For Know Your Client Procedures, personally submit the completely filled up forms together with the documentary requirements to Optimum Securities Corporation at #11 EO Bldg. United Cor. 2nd St., Bo. Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
5. Be briefed on step by step procedure on how to use the Online Trading System.
6. Deposit an initial invesmemtn of Php 25,000.00 at any branch of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation.

The minimum initial deposit is Php 25,000.00.

Fill up the Request for Funds Withdrawal form and submit to Optimum Securities Corporation office. Only completed form will be processed. The funds shall be available for pick-up at the office of OSC a day after the OSC will received and verified your request; provided, however, that such request is received before the 11:00 am cut -off period. • You may call our office for verification because some stocks requires personal appearance at the stock transfer office.
• Bring the certificate at the office with your signature at the back of certificate.
• Submit 2 valid government issued IDs
• Processing fee per stock charged by the PDTC is P100.00 and for cancellation fee per certificate + 12% VAT for non-bank transfer office is P20.00.

• You must give Optimum Securities Corporation written instructions to transfer your existing stockholdings to another stock broker.
• A copy of which must be furnished to Optimum Securities Corporation.
• The fee is P75.00 per stock regardless of the number of shares.

• Fill up the necessary form/Signature Card
• Submit 2 valid Government-issued IDs
• Personal appearance may be required by some stock transfer office. Processing fee will be charged P50.00 if the transfer agent is a bank and P162.00 if the transfer agent is non-bank (This is per certificate)

You can start trading after your initial funds have been cleared and then we will send an email with your log-in details for you to access your Optimum Online Trading account. Then you can now start trading online.

The Board Lot is the minimum lot size of share of stock that you can buy or sell. Every stock may trade at different minimum lot sizes controlled by its price.

The Odd Lot order is any amount of shares not wholly divisible by minimum board lot. An Odd Lot order can only be posted as the Market opens or during the Continuous Trading Period.

• Only limit order is accepted by the system.
• A limit order is an order entered with a specified price and volume.
• Any remaining unexecuted portion of a Limit Order will be added to the Central Order Book at the entered Limit price.

• Day Order (Day) – order that remain valid until the end of the Trading Day.
• Good Till Cancelled (GTC) – orders that remain valid until cancelled by the User or until it reached the set expiration date of the instrument.
• Good Till Date (GTD) – orders that remain valid until the date specified when the Order is entered.
• Fill-and-Kill order (FAK) – referred to as “execute-and-eliminate orders”. Any remaining unexecuted portion of an FAK order is elimiated.
• Fill or Kill Order (FOK) – referred to as “execute-or-eliminate orders”.Any remaining unexecuted portion is eliminated.
• Next Day Order – Orders entered after trading hours and will not expire come the next trading day.

• The PSETradex Front-end allows the users to post order before and after the Official trading hours (between 9:AM to 3:30 PM) and during Market Recess.
• Orders posted during weekends and holidays are considered as off-market orders.
• Only orders posted during the off-market phase with “Pending New” Status can be modified or cancelled.

You can post your buying and selling order by using the Order Ticket wherein you can place your order.

You can post your Odd Lot buying and selling order by using the Order Ticket -Odd Lot wherein you can place your oddlot. Click the odd lot tab in the order ticket to process the Odd lot orders.

Orders that have been successfully entered, and have not been activated for execution. Click on “Preview Order” button to show the “Park” order button.

Displays intraday and historical summary of all the orders.

Click the order and select “Modify”.

Click the order and then select “Cancel”.

You will receive a credit memo to indicate the credit of the cash dividend which will reflected to your Statement of Account.
